How could I turn up the wire speed on my welder while welding .030 aluminum
On my spoolgun. I'm max'd out wire speed wise. But my amperage is at 4.5. While on 3/16".

Sure. But id still be lacking wire speed for proper bead flow for aluminum welding.

Nope, the bigger the wire, the slower the speed has to be, and for 3/16 you should be running 035 anyways.

Yup what cruizer said. Beyond that you can buy a larger machine.
