I am making a homebrew plasma cutter out of an old 3 phase SCR fired welder. (it has two sets of secondaries on each 3ph leg and can be rewired to produce up to 290V open circuit voltage).
The high voltage power supply mostly works by now, and I am just trying to get the plasma torch to work. Here it is, a mystery torch:

Is it a miller torch? If not, any idea what it is? How can I order consumables for it?

I can't help with the torch, sorry.
Have you already engineered this project? What output amperage will you get? What will it cost you to build?

I will get at least 60 amps of cutting current.

I already got the power supply to fully work. I already stick and TIG weld with it. My objective was to make a universal high power power supply, to use for stick, tig, mig, and plasma. I already do stick and TIG, but do not have a wirefeed yet so I cannot say that MIG is working.
It already works to produce higher voltage for plasma cutting.
