Hi, I'm wondering if someone would explain the outdoor standards or codes used on some mig welders eg caddy says p23 TA181i p23s What is the Passport? or doe's miller have there own system? thanks for any info Joe.

Sorry/ I will try to explain. I was reading the literature and it states the waterproof ratings for outdoor use an I wondered if some models are rated higher like p23 means suitable for outdoor use. Thanks Joe,
