Are you able to use any gas lense's on the Miller Diversion 180? without switching out the torch or torch head. And Is the machine able to weld titanium?

Absolutely on both counts. The Diversion uses an aircooled torch, WP17 style I believe. I use 17 series gas lenses on the torch that came with my Dynasty. Works a treat. The gas lenses I get are "stubby" gas lenses.
Welding titanium is very much like welding stainless steel. The Diversion can do both including Aluminum, magnesium, bronze, cast iron, even lead if you must. Zinc not so much. Brass is a bit tough, but can be done too.Nothing welded, Nothing gained
