I should have said what would be better Diversions 180 or syncrowave 200 u would like more power but the 180 is lighter?? Thanks again for your help

The 200 will give you stick capabilities . More of a shop machine. The 200 weighs
238 pounds the 180 is 50 pounds. The 200 has 150 amps at 40% while the 180 is
150 amps at 20%. They are two different animals.
It depends on what type of work you will be doing. The 180 is 110/220 volt and more portable. Do you have 220 NOW ??? What metals are you going to be working with and thickness. Is duty cycle a issue ?? Lots to think about for a real answer.

Syncrowave 200
Where are you located? I have a used, with very low hours, syncrowave 200 I would love to sell.

I do have 230v present in my shop.also will probably be doing a good bit of aluminum tig.You hate to buy the 180 witch seems like the perfect unit and then need more power??? THANKS BD1 for your info/time

Hold out for a Sync 250 ... it's a whole other animal. You'll be glad you did, especially with aluminum.

i like the 200's i had 2 of them over the past few yrs , and just purchased a new one a few weeks ago becuase my 250dx is acting up .....
