can anyone help with settings on pipeworx pulsed mig sch 40 and up pipe? It runs ok but its throwing more bb's and splatter than I can stand.

You need to post more details for anybody to be able to help you. At a minimum, please tell us:
What shielding gas?
What filler metal type and size?
What voltage?
What wire feed speed?
