I just purchased an older canox 250 amp welder, looking at the machine I would say it is identical to a miller and also a memco?

A Canox 250 is a MM250. Memco was sorta off an on with Miller, they did push out thier own lineup of not so good stuff though.

I bought it to run a wire feeder as well as plan on using it for a spool gun it should do all that just fine for me??

Sure providing it has a 14 pin or 10 pin adaptor for the spoolgun, otherwise I don't think the spoolgun kit is available for it anymore.

Yea it has a 14 pin plug and also I bought it with a 25' spool gun
