I have a 5' x 10' single axle utility trailer and am getting wear only on the outer edge of the tires. I have not yet measured camber or toe-in. Can someone tell me if a trailer of this size should have straight toe-in or not?

You prob have camber where the axle is pre bent in the center but you should have no toe in unless the spindle is bent. Look under at the top of the axle and see if its humped a little...Bob

Yes it was cambered. It had about 5/16" bow in the middle of the axle. I heated it up and tried bending it. got it perfectly straight on the first try. Thanks!
