I have a6-7 yr old miller bobcat with the 20 hp Kohler engine. I need to change oil. Do any of y'all have a cross number to a Fram or STP oil filter that is suitable. Thanks

Don't use fram. Worst oil filters on market. Go to napa or other good parts store and get a wix or cassite. Both are very good

I use wix on all of my good equipment they make really good filters and there are not that expensive. I know the wix filters when I had my bobcat were $5.75 a piece. I hate fram but they are better then the stp filters i have sheared off 2 trying to get them off of trucks and the filters were installed correctly but the really thin metal crushes under a filter wrench.

You should be able to go to any decent auto parts house, with your current filter number or engine number, and drive away with the correct filter, spark plugs, etc. etc If your local parts house can't do this, you need to find another one. You can even oftentimes just plug the number into google, with no brand name, and come up with the correct cross-references. It's that easy

Obviously, I'm just a hack-artist, you shouldn't be listening to anything I say .....
