Ok so I know this isn't ideally the way to go about a tack weld, but I have a trailer that I need to move and the wheel wells are all busted up an not hanging on very well. I have the Maxstar 150STL and I have loaned out my bottle and TIG wand, and all I have in my case is my stick wand. Not really in the neighborhood of any parts store and all I have is some #12AWG solid copper wire and some ER70S-2.... So... Ya, that's about it
Thanks
Robert

The flux on the stick rods are what keep the arc stable to weld with. In this case it seems some angle and bolts would be best.
