Default please tell me about my miller atomic hydrogen arc welder

i bought this miller a.h.a.w model 100-hvap at a auction and have no idea what to do with it. it came with the owners manual for the welder and the torch head. i was just going to scrap it for the copper but i figured somebody could probably use it. so if you have any information on this welder please let me know

Scrap it, pretty ancient and rather dangerous with the high open circuit voltage and all. Completely useless machine.
