So apparently it is quite common for the Lamborghini gallardo shifter to break so, my buddy calls the factory and they say, yes it is common but is not a recall. So the price from the factory is 1500. He calls some welding shops and no body will even touch it except one shop who says 300. Not bad but then my buddy calls me and I say just bring it on over and I will take care of it no problem hahahaha
I had to weld a piece of Stainless Steel all thread to the shaft coming off of the tranny....came out great and he can now shift his Gallardo again

The only vehicles I get to weld on is Tractors and Farm equipment - I guess they are just as expensive tho
