It'll weld with the same virtural characteristics as the Lincoln Ranger 305G, same basic technology, and same basic wiring diagram, Miller just has 2 boards and a chopper, Lincoln has 1 board and a chopper.
Odd though since everyone ( brands) is trying to get away from the high open circuit voltage, Miller has gone the opposite route and gone to 100VDC, which is way high.

If you had to buy one Cruizer would it be the tb325 or the ranger?

Probably the Miller, nice and quiet, though for the Price tag definately the Lincoln
