I have a Millermatic 130xp. It is about 11 years old under heavy use. Bead is looking high with .023 wire machine is turned all the way up. Is there a possible fix or is the welder just on it's last leg?

i used to own one myself, for the most part- bullet proof. start with the output contactor, check out the contact points, if they are ate up looking and not clean, replace it. i have replaced a few in the past. its kind of a pain but totally worth it if youre wanting to squeeze another 11 years out of it. great garage machine if you ask me
