Thats a spray gas mix, which is what you were after. Near spray with your machine cranked, you can try 85/15 15 being C02

We use blueshield23 and are very satisfied with it. ar,co2,o2.

What are your reasons for avoiding oxygen?

I use C10 (90% Argon/10%CO2) for non pulsed spray. When you get up to 15% CO2, you're approaching a mix (generally around 18% CO2) that's likely to produce a globular transfer vs a true spray.

The 98%Argon/2%O2 is a little hotter than the C10 and I'll use it infrequently, since my main mixer (Thermco) is set up for Ar/CO2.

For pulsed spray I'll use a 95%Argon/5%CO2 mix or the 98%Argon/2%O2.
