Looks good, are you insulating the firebox? What resources have used to design it or just throwing it together? If you Google smoker calculator you can get to http://www.thesmokering.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20871 with has links to spreadsheets that tell you ratio or size of firebox to cooking chamber size and recommended stack diameter ... I'm guessing someone with more math and physics knowledge on air flow than I have came up with these ... there are more out there. Can't vouch for these being right but couldn't hurt to see if your dimensions are close to what someone else's idea of right is.
