I have a couple of projects, and I'm looking for 2 and 4 inch steel rings from 1/4 inch round bar, I need 24 of each size.

Contact your local blacksmith. I can't tell you how many rings I have made over the years. If you have a torch they can be made fairly easily. I would do it, but am still somewhat backlogged at the moment.

I have a powered ring maker that uses 10' barstock at a time then cut then to a ring but zero time...Bob

if they are only for ornamental...
get used springs from overhead doors and cut them parallel to the lenght with a zip cut.
again not for structural use ...tempered steel that is
