    Default Miller 625 Plasma Questions

Can anyone tell me why this 625 comes with 30A and 40 tips/hardware?

I'm running on 220V mainly, curious why I would ever swap in the 30A hardware?

Is the 30A hardware just for running on 110V?

Will the 40A stuff cut as nice when turned to low power? will the 40A tips even work on 110V?

The 30 amp tips will cut a smaller kerf when using 30 amps or less. You have to use the 40 if you are using over 30 amps. You can use the 40 under 30 amps but will cut with a larger kerf.
