    Default Miller Dynasty problem

I have a dynasty 200 DX, today turned it on and the help display came on,
HEL P21. Have anyone on the forum ever had this problem?if so does it have
to be sent to a service agent to be repaired? Where is the service agent in
    South Florida.

Thank you for any info you can give me Jim

Mine comes up HELP 10 when that happens. I have to shut down and restart with the contactor off.

This is what I found in the manual:

    11 Help 21 Display
Indicates voltage or current feedback has
been detected with contactor off. Contact a
Factory Authorized Service Agent if this
    display is shown.

Default Sent Dynasty to repair shop

I sent my Dynasty to a repair shop recomended by Miller Tech. I purchased the machine 2/09 and have only welded about 100 to 150 ft. on aluminum usually
1/8" plate or rod 1/4" to 3/8" on metal art projects. Has anyone ever had a Dynasty given them any problems with so little use? Sometimes it will sit for two months without being turned on. It always worked perfect to this point.Any feedback from Dynasty users will be appreciated.

    Thank you Jim

Mine had a some problem almost simillar .It displayed help-1
I latter figured out that the problem was being caused by a loosened
earth nut .take a spanner and tighten all the nuts at the earth clamp.
    Good luck!
