You bought a "blank 3/8" Bobtach plate". What is this? Something from Bobcat that I can order to make my own attachments? A buddy has asked me to build him an extension for his 7735 to allow him to drill 14 feet deep piles. I haven't his loader or drilling attachment in person yet, but he was describing to me that he wants it to drill deeper than it currently does.

You can buy the blank attachment plates in many styles from welding shops, online, or from bobact if you want to pay a bit more.

I built this to be used as a wrecking pole/lifting boom. I built it from a conversation with a friend, before ever seeing one up close or using one. I would make a few changes if I had to make another. But this one has definately proved itself. We moved 50+ concrete blocks, 2x2x6 and 4x4x2, strapped just in front of the angle braces on my Bobcat S300. I believe those weighed approx 3000 to 3200 lbs., each.
Outer tubing is 5"x7"x3/8" and inner tubing is 4"x6"x3/8", arrow head is 5/8".
