Highly cool, but I don't see the purpose other than to make aesthetic beads. Kinda takes the fun out of it. How would you control when to dip rod when the material begins to keyhole with this setup. Looks like a recipe for cold beads with poor penetration.

for the penetration apply the usual rules ..... ..... amperage, frequency and balance control .....
