I think your beads are pretty good for your first time. TIG is my favorite welding process, I've welded mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum and I enjoy welding all of them, especially stainless. The only problem is that I'm a young guy and I weld for a fabrication company but they won't allow me to TIG weld because they say I'm not ready for it but I don't argue with them because when a young guy argues with his elders he rarely wins without getting fired. I love to TIG weld in the overhead position, you should try it, I try to do as much of my practice out of position as possible to make practice more challenging and to sharpen my skills.
