    Default building a winch bumper for a 94 f 150 ?

    Hey guys I been lookin online at some heavy duty bumpers and the prices are outrageous ... So I'm gonna take matters into my own hands and fab one just wondering if any one has built one and has any pictures or tips on how they did it... Thank u for any help

    If put together a couple, because the varibles in frame (tweeks, bends, previous mods) make the mounts first and install. You can pre cut every thing first, but the mounts and main structure of the bumper should be tacked together on the vehicle. Then you can remove and assemble/finish weld the rest of it unmounted. it will ensure the bumper is square to vehicle and not just square.
