Ive run a trailer for about 2 yrs. now & it has worked out well. It is a 6x12 v-nose, single axle w/brakes. The problem I had was weight. By the time I got everything in I was at 3750#. The trailer was rated at 3500#. Carefully ran it like that for about a year with no problems. Last fall I added a second axle. Wish I did it from the start as it rides much better plus the pc. of mind knowing that I wasn't at the tire/axle combo's weight limit.

Your trailer looks very nice. The comment about being to clean is true. When I'm busy the inside of mine gets very messy. But the slow times come & that's when you clean it all out again. Good luck with it.

Have you checked your tongue weight? With the welder mounted up so far it must be heavy on the tongue.

Very nice trailer. I just have to ask...... Do you get enough ventilation in there for the cooling? Where I live it regularly gets 100+ degrees in the summer. I don't think I would be able to keep it cool enough enclosed like that.

    Default No problem cooling

Open two side doors and ramp door. Once I did remove side panels on machine to vent.
