Sorry about the link. Don't know what the problem is. Could be because the article is a couple of years old, but what it states still applies.
If anyone is interested in reading the full article, Google "Steel exports to China" and click on the NY Times article link.
It's basically economics 101 and we are on the wrong end of the equation.
