My Bud spend Friday afternoon and about 80$ in paint, raised his backhoe rates 10 or 15 an hour and no one blinked. I am not as fussy as admweld is, I dont need to be. Just good enough to not make the WTF list,,, ha I am not going to any length to be spit and polish but understand his environment and keeping nice rigs is a need. Running a heap and first thing everyone figures you to pass the savings to them in the form of lower rates.
The trick is to make it look more expensive than it is,,, ha

I got one I need to replace its serviceable but a crappy over loaded uncomfortable rust bucket. Its all working and should retire it to a local plow truck. I got it so tricked up it works well for what I do other than got every nook and cranny filled, rides like crap, manual tranny. A van could work. Be secure and weather tight. There are not many in 4wd though.
The utility box would be a good solution but I really like the non commercial look of a common pickup. The debate goes on.

I saw one the other day, it was on a back road at intersection so I notice it, a F150 with some kind of material rack, a set of bottles chained in it and a skid with a gang box and Bobcat on it. I know this guy, been in biz a long time and really had this boiled down to simple but effective.
