What is Miller referering to when I see Dinse machine or Tweco machine?

The reference is to the ends of the leads / gun...not the machine...

a dins connector locks like this (see pic.)
first pic show it with the plastic cover but pulled back a bit. 2nd pic is a closer look at the plug.
sorry the cover is off these are old pic's from a repair. but it should give you the idea. it plugs in and turns about 3/4 of a turn to tighten.
