It's all out of various steel, except for the cast concrete bench top and the glass. the client had the concrete and the glass chunks and that's the final design we came up with. I do the metal artwork for a living-make all sorts of "stuff". If someone can remind me how to resize pics, I'll send along the other bench pics. The finish on this project was natrual rust.
The powder coat price does include the sandblasting. I've wanted to do a small powdercoat area (I think the catalog is "Eastwood") but I just work in my garage and there is no room. I figure I'll only be in the business another 7 years -figure I won't want to be sitting on the garage floor welding gates when i'm 60-so I'll just plug along with the equipment I have. cat
