Hey Everyone,
I've been around this board for quite some time. I took a good 4 year hiatus from welding and just got back into it two years ago. I now work at the UW Madison student shop welding prototypes for engineers and some light machining. I'm helping a buddy restore his dad's 1973 Porsche 914. He designed a new intake manifold and is having me weld it. Miller Syncrowave 250DX. 4130 tubing to mild steel base plate. First time welding 4130.

I fell in love all over again with welding and I just wanted to show some of my work. Hope you guys enjoy.

Nice work! Do you have any more pics of the manifold? I have a 914 engine on my rail buggy.
