I have a miller auto invision two with a panasonic controller the maching welds only aluminum and is ran on argon gas. It is about fifeteen years old maybe a little younger buch not much. It will run fine for a couple days and then it will mess the welds up and start leaving material on top of the weld and not burn all the way into the alumuinum frames. The only way to remotely get the equipment to run halfway decent is to up the voltage and current flowing thru the welder. Any suggestions on how to correct the problem other than buy a new robot.
