So i Rebuilt the entire motor bottom up,

I go to start it, Click Click Click Click..... so naturally i go out and buy a brand new battery as the other one came with the welder and is probably quite old.

The New battery does the same thing so i put a charge on the brand new battery and replace the cables to the starter with brand new thicker cables, when the battery is fully charged i go for it and same thing just a whole bunch of clicks and no spinning.

Next i go out to my truck and install it on my battery, guess what happened, just clicking so spinning.

Now What do i do i have a new battery a new starter and still i cannot get the freaking starter to work.

Do you think i have a bad brand new starter or 2 bad battery's.
