Hi guys,

I'm fixing to take on a large project, and will probably be needing a lot of advice. I've got a 1977 Chevy 1ton dually that I am building a winch truck out of. I already have a bed off another truck that is 10' long by 8' wide and is already set up for gin poles and has a rolling tailboard. I do not yet have a winch for it though, any advice here would be appreciated. I am also planning on pulling the stock 350 and replacing it with a 12v Cummins diesel, any pointers here are also appreciated. Will be posting pictures as it comes along.
