Hi Joe,
Great project.
I am surprised that it will bend the bar to 90 degs.
Press brakes usually have a die with the apex removed and an angle less than 90 degs.
Still that said yours seems to work fine well done.

In the future, remember there's nothing wrong with hitting "reply" on your own thread. You can do this indefinitely, posting pictures each time. The advantage, of course, is for all the rest of us, we don't have to skip around to seven different threads to see everything. The limit on pictures, is only for each post, not for the thread total.
Obviously, I'm just a hack-artist, you shouldn't be listening to anything I say .....
