I do like your feed setup. Does the orbit motor have enough power at low speeds?

O yea there is a lots of torque even at 50 rpm i can snap off a 1/2 tool like nothing. my truck has 26 gpm of flow at base idle so there is plenty of volume at 1800 psi.

That's a pretty slick low-budget feed unit. I just bought one that's older than dirt. Uses a 3/4" drill to drive it. Gearbox reduction from 1725 rpm to about 200 rpm. The gearbox also drives an automatic feed .008" per rev.
Works great-- when the drill finally gives up I will replace it with a DC motor and ratiotrol from Boston Gear

gear reduced dc motor is what I started with it worked great but a little low on the torque hard to beat hydralic for power per size. looking forward to the pics.
