4 is the highest setting. should put out around 120 amps.
If 4 is not hot enough to weld sheet metal 16 gauge or less
your welder has a problem. you should be able to weld 1/4 inch in 4. with 0.035 wire.
You will need to check your miggun and make sure the weld conductor is no open.
Then check your work clamp and cable. Some times the wire breaks inside the insulation. After that it is inside the welder to find loose connections, bad diodes and weld contactor. unplug welder before removing the case or get help.
