I need to haul 3 ATV's in a cargo trailer, but the trailer is too short.
It's 16.5 ft, right in the middle.
Does anyone have any ideas, plans etc. for building racks that would allow me to piggy back the quads?
Perhaps a rack that would fit over the top rear of the quads, so another can mount over the back, on an angle.
I don't want to stack one on top of the rear rack, just over it.
I have 2 2WD and the 3rd is a 4 WD.
I don't have enough vertical room to stack one completely on top of the other.
The 4WD can be mounted as near vertical as the room allows.

ATV solution
I don't have any photos, but your can weld 2 "A" frames to go under the rear wheels for the first 2 units. By placing the units on an angle they can fit nose to tail. The rear of the first unit will be up in the air and the nose of the second unit fits in the gap underneath and so on.

As I mentioned on the Toyhauler Forum you may not have enough room with a 16' Trailer

We could only get the 2 Honda Rincon 650's and a Honda 90 in the 16' cargo trailer we had at the time.
We did have to drive them up on the rear racks of each Quad.Ed Conley

Can you put them in sideways. I use an ATV jack with wheels to put quads in sideways in my toy hauler.3 quads only take about 12'
