Here in Australia that home would cost $500 000.00 AUD if you were to get a builder to do the job.
Basic building rate here is $1000.00AUD/square meter or $93.00AUD/sqaure foot.
Not including land
The extral ceiling height, higher roof pitch, central heating and so on would be extra.
Anyway beautiful home.

Yesterday I purchased another air tool for the hanger.
A belt sander.
Most air tools are cheap in comparison to electric tools but these belt sanders are the opposite.
They are as dear as poison.
They come in different belt widths and lengths.
Handy tool for removing rust and mill scale, paint and other junk before welding.
