a top swinging gate over a creek

landscaper buddy calls and asks me to come up with an idea for a gate over a creek. when it rains, the water comes up and moves VERY fast! leaves and debris gets caught in the chainlink and washed the whole fence out. the idea is to build a fence that can swing open from the bottom to allow debris through then to close so that the "good" animals stay in and the "bad" animals stay out.

he sunk to 6x6 treated posts 10 foot in the ground and concreted them in and had poured some concrete to shore up the sides so the posts would NEVER get washed out. this was before i got the call.

build a fence off from 2 posts. this one is the smaller of the two. 6 ft tall, 6ft 3 inches wide. (creek flooded and i couldnt hang the second one...yet)
