I've always bought the caps as "pipeliner" caps. Try this link and see if this is what you're looking for: http://www.dragosupply.com/drago/ser...log/group.jsp/
Where I buy them locally, you can say how many you want, but the colors and patterns are "assorted".
Merry Christmas

Hi guys,
the actual "LEE" brand is actually a division of VF Corporation, makers of Vanity Fair ladies wear. I've been wearing their jeans for 30 years. They have factories and outlets here in Alabama.
They have a web page but no listings for hats.. but they do have contact info that might get you a yes/no answer
We love hearing from you. Whether it's about the jeans or the site,
let us know what's on your mind!
Call Us: 1-800-453-3348, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST M-F (excluding holidays)

and the web site is

I think that I know exactly what he is talking about with the Lee caps.
I always liked the Lee caps. I liked the blue/white engineer types. They also had them with a shorter bill for welders.
I am however afraid that they quit making them in the late 1970s.
I do recall sending a letter to the Lee Company asking about the caps during that time frame of 30 years ago. I think that I was having a hard time finding the Lee caps at that time and that was the reason for the letter.
The Lee Company's reply was that they were no longer making the caps due to the lack of demand as best as I can remember.
They were truly unhappy in having to do so. The caps had been in production for such a long time.Last edited by Harvuskong; 12-17-2007 at 09:04 PM.
