i'm lookin at buyin a XMT 304 that a guy received as payment for work. this is supposed to be a brand new machine. where we are meeting, i'll have no way to test it. i'll be getting the ser# later tonight.
my questions are these...
(1) unless age knocks it out, will the warranty still be good?
(2) if it has problems, will the warranty be transferable?

The answers are yes and yes. Might want to keep your 12VS, you can run it off the XMT, just fine.
