Great idea. I was wondering if you can see to walk around with your hood in the up position? Not knocking your idea, I just picture the front flap hanging way down.

backpurge, it will actually fold over the front of the hood in the up position, seems to stay up there for now, see what happens when the headgear starts to loose it grip tho. worst case, its only velcro-ed on so i can pull it right off if it get annoying while walking around
