Mine doesn't have the Gauge either- just unscrew the bottle from the Regulator.

I have the older model Passport with the black case, before the Plus model came out. Mine has the gauge on the bottle. I think they quit putting the gauge on the bottle when they came out with the Plus model in 2008.
