Yeah, I'd say that's worn out, has it seen grease since the factory did it?

Yes, I know how people are, "was it making noise"? Oh no, just fell apart. Just started it yesterday. Ball joint fell off, rotor ground off till the puck come out of the caliper, wheel fell off in the driveway. But it just happened.
You work on it? Oh no, not me, wires are on back wards and the screws laying there but I didn't touch it.
You been greasing this,, sure,, all the time. OK, like once a day? Well,,, maybe not that much but all the time though,

So how did you repair it, did you weld up all the missing material or cut the tab off and weld on new ones?

Brings back memories as I was a heavy equipment technician for a while. There was a company that made a G.M.A.W. machine that you set up on top of the worn hole and set your thickness then it welded the bore. It looked pretty cool, but I never got to try one in person. Don't you love it when you need a print to fiqure out the location of the original bore?

Dan,
I ended up cutting it off and repalcing it with a new one.
davinci2010,
I have a company close buy that I can rent bore welding and boring equipment that I yse on bigger projects but couldn't justify the cost for this job.
Thanks all for the comments.Chad
