From a hand truck too a tig cart, ruffed out, inspected by the shop Forman, mocked up waiting for weather to paint. It will be black, have a shelf under the machine .

exoskeleton h-freight cart
I had one of the cheap h-freight welding carts for my old Lincoln WeldPack but when I got the Miller 211 it was a bit flimsy. Had some stuff laying around...wheels, casters, square tubing so simply started welding a skeleton around the existing cart. Made it sturdy and wider and way better bottle mount. Enough room on the bottom shelf for the Powermax 30 when it gets here. Not the best cart but cheap. Painted it with Rust-olem Safety Blue which matches the Miller Blue not bad. Hopefully the pictures come through...just on my phone.

I'm not sure of the size of the tank but its as big as you can buy. Anything bigger is a lease and was trying to avoid that. I had a shorter one and when I picked up the new 211 they swapped me the bigger tank for the price of the extra gas only.
In fact I went in to simply refill my tank and came out with a larger tank and new welder. Funny how that happens. Tank is tall but straps down nice and tight and with the rear wheels moved back and further out very stable. And yes...good helmet holder.

Very nice job on the cart. It looks like not only a stand for the welder but also a small weld table and turn table. My only concern would be welding sparks falling from the work surface onto the welder but that's minor and a simple shield would fix that.
