this was my attemped of a welding cart for my Millermatic 90 millermatic 211 and my cutmaster 39 soon to come will be a toruchmate 2x2 and a diverson 180 cart1.jpg

well.... this is what i ended up with. I still may add to it as I find things i need. I did have to shorten the back support as it was in line with the plug...

You might consider strapping the welder to the cart so that it won't inadvertently fall off.

there is a metal strap at the top, bolted to the stand... if it falls over the whole cart will go with it...

i just re-read your response and was thinking you said tank to the stand.. good idea about strapping the welder too... i did put down some anti-skid strips on the shelf, that keeps it from sliding around
