Hey guys, working on building a snow blade for a guys atv, I have built these before using a winch for lifting and lowering, but this guy dont have a winch and wants manual lever, does anyone have any pics or blueprints that i could get some ideas from, ive never seen one of these manual levers before and have no idea where to start. thanks for you help.

Miller big 40 diesel, Miller bluestar 180k,Maxus Pro-140 mig, Gas powered air compressor, and alot of tools the lady dont need to know about.
all portable for on site work,15 year Structural welder,Ironworker, Millwright.

Do a search for Swisher online . They make mowers, atv accessories etc. They have a blade kit which can use a winch or a manual lift kit. Tractor Supply carries their stuff. If you have one close, take a look. Manual lifting is not fun. Places like Harbor Freight sell atv winches cheap. may not be the greatest, but if it's just lifting a blade, you're ok.

hey nick thanks for your reply, I am using the basic design of the swisher blade with a few modifications and a little bit heavier metal where needed, I got ideas for this of my dads quad, but he has a winch, and the local tractor supply deals them but have none in stock to steal ideas from, maybe ill just have to try to convince this guy he needs a winch. it would make things a lot simpler for me. thanks and god bless.
