I'm having a problem with a Miller Dynasty 300 DX. I set it up for stick mode, 50 amps. OCV is at 83 volts. When I go to stike an arc she shuts down completely. I lift the rod and OCV is back. Top board has been replaced with new. Output LEM is good. Voltage sense lines are tight. I suspect the control board in front but no spare to swap out. Does anyone have any ideas on this problem? Thanks.

I'd try calling Miller tech support to see what they say.
If that does not work and you need a reputable repair shop, contact Larry Burross. He knows his stuff and is a very nice guy.
