These brush guards aren’t for me, just not my taste, but I do appreciate what it takes to build one.
How did you bend the pipe that I have a red arrow pointing to? Did you use a mandrel bender, or fill with sand? What type of material did you use?
My hydraulic conduit bender will kink anything I’ve tried to date to bend that far past 90°.Caution!

Nice looking brush guard. I bet Tiger Woods wish he had one on his SUV. How did you mount it? I bet that was the toughest part of the project.
