Hy, this whas the last project a finish build and install this week for a client who has purchased a machine 40 feet long and forms cigarette tube. The rails and stands was weld whit my LN-25 mig and the stair whit spoolmatic 30a.

Nice work! How thick are the channels for the stairs? Did you bend them yourself, or have them bent?

Tank's Daniel for asking becose yes, there was a risk for warping. But im very concern about it when a weld something and sometime try to play whit it! For this assembling, each step receve one inch of weld at the time after which are blocked, and a was not needed to straighten them after.
