Found some pipe, More $$$$$ than I have to spend right now.
Looks like my cheapest option might be to buy two new 100lb propane bottles, and weld them together. That would give me about an 8 ft - 14" pipe Lowes has them for $ 129 ea

you should weld that onto the top of a large tiki torch type stand and light a big fire inside and let it flame out the top of the head. Put two of those in the backyard, That would be pretty cool looking imo.
